Jennifer, the team leader, started her real estate career in 2006 after previously working at Hewlett Packard, where she developed system programs and applications for telecom clients. Her experience at HP honed her listening and questioning skills, enabling her to comprehend clients' goals and concerns effectively. In her real estate business, she employs these same skills to understand her clients' needs and provide valuable information, guiding them towards making informed decisions to achieve their dreams and goals.

One of Jennifer’s values is a “love of learning”, and she continues to grow her expertise and professionalism in servicing her clients, holding several certifications, which include Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI®), Certified Senior Advisor (CSA®), Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP®), Certified Senior Downsizing Coach (CSDC®), and more. Jennifer is also a Life/Transformational Coach with her company, Inspiring Transformation, LLC, and with that experience, she is able to remain highly sensitive to the emotions involved in all her clients' moves.

In 2016, Jennifer formed the Tilghman Team of Keller Williams Preferred Properties, with Debbie Rose Bacarrisas joining the team as the Executive Assistant, and Tina Marrer as the Transaction Coordinator.

Since its formation, the Tilghman Team has been one of the top-performing teams at the #1 brokerage in Prince George’s County. The team sees their work as ministry as they work to build trust with their clients, walking with them through the entire journey and beyond.
